Just today the first official trailer for “Sonic the Hedgehog 3” has landed and fans are already poring over its few minutes of footage. It looks like the speedy blue hedgehog is no longer a one-and-done property on the big screen because not too long after Sonic The Hedgehog 2 was released to huge success we already find out he will be squaring off against Shadow The Hedgehog.

What We Know So Far
Now for the plot of the movie itself, following directly after its predecessor. A mysterious villain called Shadow is revealed from his cryostasis; which separated him for over 50 years, giving him a never-before-seen power. Sonic, Knuckles, and Tails team up to oppose him to save the world.
Featured Cast: Jim Carrey returns as Dr. Robotnik and Ben Schwartz voices Sonic Alongside series stars James Marsden, Idris Elba, and Tika Sumpter. And guess what? Shadow: Keanu Reeves Joins Franchise!
