Cristiano Ronaldo, the renowned Portuguese football star, launched his YouTube channel on Wednesday, quickly amassing hundreds of thousands of subscribers within just a few hours.

The 39-year-old, who has won the Ballon d’Or five times and currently plays for Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr, announced the launch on his social media platforms, writing, “The wait is over. My @YouTube channel is finally here! SIUUUbscribe and join me on this new journey.” Within a couple of hours of posting his first video, Ronaldo’s channel had already attracted 4 million subscribers.
Ronaldo, who boasts a massive social media presence with 112.5 million followers on X (formerly Twitter), 170 million on Facebook, and 636 million on Instagram, is preparing for Al-Nassr’s Saudi Pro League opener against Al-Raed on Thursday.

Ronaldo, a former star for both Real Madrid and Manchester United, is also aiming to help Al-Nassr end Al-Hilal’s dominance in the Saudi football league.
